Urban Audience Extension
Reach Off-the-Plan Buyers With Urban’s Network
Urban.com.au's Audience Extension lets you stay connected with off-the-plan property buyers as they browse outside our platform.
By leveraging targeted ads across Facebook’s media ecosystem, you can engage the right audience looking for off-the-plan and newly completed projects using tailored messaging.
With advanced search and behavioural targeting, our solution helps boost visibility, nurture leads, and drive conversions, ensuring your properties remain top-of-mind.
If you are a project team using Urban.com.au’s audience extension model, you can share your property listing and marketing assets with Urban via Meta Business Suite or Business Manager. This allows you to collaborate efficiently and assign various levels of access to help manage your listings, ads, and related content.
Important Notes
- Asset Sharing Limitations: Only the business that owns the assets (such as property pages or ad accounts) can share them with another business portfolio. Partners cannot re-share your assets with another business.
- Full Control Requirement: To share assets, you must have full control of the business portfolio.
Before You Begin:
- Ensure Full Control: You need to have full control over your business portfolio.
- Urban.com.au's Business ID: You will need this ID = 2299764260350008.
Steps to Share Your Assets:
- Access Business Settings
- Go to Business Settings in Meta Business Manager or Settings in Meta Business Suite.
- Select Partners
- Under the Users section, click on Partners.
- Add a Partner
- Click Add and select Give a partner access to your assets.
- Enter Urban.com.au's Business ID
- You’ll share all required assets with ID = 2299764260350008 and click Next.
- Choose Assets & Access Levels
- Select the property or marketing assets you want to share.
- For each asset, decide the level of access to grant: Full Control or Partial Access (Partial Access is the minimum level required). If assigning partial access, choose the specific tasks your partner can manage, such as content or advertising.
- Save Changes
- Click Save changes to finalise sharing.
Now, both you and your partner will be able to view the shared assets in your respective portfolios.
Note on Partial Access:
If you grant partial access to an asset, your partner can only assign permissions for the specific tasks you've allowed. For example, if you give partial access to a property page and assign Content and Ads permissions, your partner will only be able to assign those same permissions to other users within the portfolio.
