Rollout Process

Once the booking is approved and the assets have been provided, Urban require 5 business days to launch a Premium Campaign Listing.

Required Assets

1. Renders/Photography 

  • jpeg or png, Urban will size for placements

2. Brochure 

  • Full brochure to guide Urban writers, you may choose for a lite version for the value exchange

3. Typical floor plans

  • While this is optional as the value exchange, surveys show this is the most frequently requested detail ahead of visiting a display

4. Configuration & from Pricing to be Listing

  • Recommend 4-5 options depending on the range available
  • Option to include SQM on configuration & pricing listed

5. Contacts to access the Urban Portal

  • Access to Email & SMS Lead Notifications, and/or
  • Live Reporting inside the Urban Portal
  • Edit details on the listing
