Urban is a premier property portal designed to help buyers find and research newly completed and off-the-plan apartments and townhomes, as well as the team behind the developments.

We offer the largest collection of new apartment and townhome listings, providing transparency and trust to buyers with detailed information on each property, including listings, organisation profiles, editorial content, and videos.

For Industry:

Urban offers both Free and Premium Listing services, allowing project teams to share updates throughout the entire project life cycle, beyond the typical limited period through the ‘retail advertising’ period.

Urban.com.au hosts 2.1 million unique annual visitors in their search for a new property. This focused reach enables development teams to connect with buyers actively looking for new developments rather than just ‘property’ in general.

By capturing and analysing market supply and demand trends, Urban provides valuable insights into product types, buyer preferences, price sensitivities, development strengths and more.

The Internship

Urban is providing the opportunity for Customer Success & Business Development Internship Intern to join our team for a 12 week program, where the business two business function of the business will allow for specialist skills to be developed, while being able to taste a cross section of digital marketing functions.

2 or 3 Days Per Week for 12 weeks - 8:30am - 5:00pm

What will you be working on?

  • Supporting property developers, and project marketers to keep their listings up to date
  • Assisting developers and project marketers understanding of Urban audience & services
  • Identifying opportunities for Urban to support projects marketing activity
  • Relationship management
  • Strategic Planning
  • Project Management
  • CRM Reporting & Benchmarking
  • Shadowing Business Development team
  • Introduction to roles and team members across the Urban business unit
