As part of the proposal process for Urban Premium Campaign Listing our campaign will forecast the number of SMS Verified Leads to be delivered. This varies based on the demand within Urban's audience for the product mix within the development.
Based on the characteristic below, the Urban campaign team forecast the number of SMS Verified Leads we can deliver for a campaign period, this defines the Cost Per Lead.
As part of this proposal process we will share the insights our campaign team reviewing in order to determine the size of the relevant audience for your development.
If the Premium Campaign Listing’s lead forecast is not met within campaign duration, Urban will offer up to one third of the duration of free advertising.
The free advertising will continue until either the end of the bonus period or when the original lead forecast is achieved, whichever comes first.
Campaign’s with greater market fit than forecasted may exceed the lead forecast at no additional cost.
