Urban is an information comparison website which publishes property information from publicly available sources.

An Urban company, First Chance Sales Pty Ltd is a real estate sales agent in the State of Victoria and is the sales agent for selected properties in the State of Victoria on the website. In all other jurisdictions, Urban is not a real estate agent or a real estate agency or a real estate agent’s representative.
