After a decade with ThreeSixty Property Group, selling over 2,500 apartments and driving success across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Jeremy Gilmore embarks on a new chapter with Milestone Property Group, promising innovation and excellence in project marketing.
It was a decade ago that Jeremy Gilmore made the move from Melbourne to Brisbane to head up the South East Queensland operation of Three Sixty Property Group, one of the most respected project marketers in Melbourne.
10 years on, and a string of successful project sell outs and over 2,500 apartments sold, Gilmore is setting up his own shop.
Milestone Property Group will operate from its HQ in Brisbane and also operate in the Sunshine Coast, a market which Gilmore pushed Three Sixty to in 2017 and has since sold out several new developments.
“It’s an exciting next chapter”, Gilmore says, adding that Milestone PG will offer an all-round approach to project marketing.
“The property industry is a dynamic space, and its capacity for growth and innovation inspires us to do our best,” Gilmore says.
“We are genuinely excited about championing new ways of working and providing a service that makes the property journey simple and accessible for everyone. Our dedication runs deep—we’re committed to every stage of the sales journey, from initial concept and branding design to the final settlement of each property. We tackle challenges directly and ensure a seamless experience every step of the way..”
Gilmore’s first success when making the move to Brisbane came almost immediately when he sold over 900 apartments in FV by Gurner. Since then there’s been sellouts of The Ambrose, Chester & Ella, Nero Newstead and Ivy & Eve. More recently at Three Sixty, Gilmore and his team all-but sold out Ruby Ruby, the Milton apartment development by Kokoda Property Group. Then came the branch out to Noosa where of the five most prominent developments in the tourist mecca that have been in market in the last six years, Gilmore has sold four of them (Parkridge Noosa, The Whitely, Malolo Noosa, and Jura Noosa.)
Gilmore and his established team of project sales experts have a pipeline for 2025 and are excited to be launching to the market soon, the first of which will be Dibcorp’s latest apartment project in Brisbane. They’ll soon be marketing One Hundred on Leichhardt, the redevelopment of the former Spring Hill hotel on Leichhardt Street, which is already under construction.
“100 Leichhardt Street is more than just a place to live; it’s an urban sanctuary,” said Gilmore.
“We are thrilled to partner with such visionary developers to introduce this project to the market, and the team and I are excited to spearhead the sales strategy for such an iconic addition to Brisbane’s inner city.”
Milestone PG already has several project signed up to kick off in 2025.
