As Melbourne's off-the-plan market continues to evolve, Blair Property Group is expanding to meet growing demand for specialised, results-driven project sales. In a strategic move, the agency has appointed Chris Rice as Sales Director marking a new chapter of growth across its rapidly expanding portfolio.

Chris brings decades of experience in residential property, having delivered thousands of residences across Australia and Asia. Known for forging strong partnerships and driving exceptional outcomes, Chris's appointment reinforces Blair Property Group's commitment to delivering high-performance results for developers across both retail and channel sales.

"Chris brings a level of discipline and clanity that sets him apart," said Darren Blair, Managing Director of Blair Property Group. "He's led teams through some of the country's most complex and high-profile projects, and his ability to guide buyers and partners with calm confidence is invaluable."

At Blair Property Group, Chris will help drive strategic sales outcomes across a growing slate of residential developments including LOUISE overlooking Albert Park Lake, Milli in Brighton East, Adamson No.5 in Brighton, Serpells Place in Templestowe, HALI in Dromana, Avery in Glen Iris, Early in Sandringham, and Chapter in Ashburton. This is just a snapshot of a broader portfolio, with additional townhome and apartment projects including Smith in Collingwood-on the horizon.

Chris works alongside Alexis Edmunds, who bringe over 15 years of experience across agencies and national, listed developers. Together, they form a senior leadership team focused on strategy, performance, and buyer engagement across all stages of the sales journey.

"Our ability to deliver outstanding results comes from having the right people in the room," said Edmunds. "We're building a team that blends commercial focus with real empathy -that's what developers need in today's competitive market."

Blair Property Group has also bolstered its marketing, technology, and digital offering with the appointment of Elia Mazor as Marketing Manager. With over a decade of experience across Australia and the US-indluding seven years with one of New York City's top sales teams Elia brings a creative, results-led approach to branding, content, and lead generation. His appointment supports Blair Property Group's continued investment in tools like its custom Partner Portal and Blair One+, a streamlined sales platform that brings all project materials into one easy-to-use presentation tool.

Blair Property Group's standout approach lies in combining creative storytelling with a powerful technology stack including automation, segmentation, and lead-nurturing systems-to ensure buyers are informed, engaged, and guided seamlessly through the sales journey. This data-led approach is central to Blair Property Group's focus on delivering exceptional results across every campaign.

"We're still a young business, but we've built real momentum," added Darren Blair. "With a curated project list, a high-performing team, and a clear focus on strategy to settlement, we're positioning both ourselves and our developer partners for long-term success."
